I AM Curriculum Department

This department, led by Ambassador Dr. Andre Thomas, creates the curriculum for all programs under Pleion Foundation. The curriculum currently includes the following books:

I AM Coaches

The I AM Coaches include the directors, coordinators, and coaches who oversee the management, planning, execution, and coordination with local governments for various programs under the Pleion Foundation. These programs, delivered using the I AM curriculum, target diverse groups and demographics.

Directors – Directors are those responsible for the management and execution of a particular program on a national level. Directors are also coaches of their specific program.

Coordinators – Coordinators are those responsible for liaising with the local government departments for the implementation of the various programs and curriculums.

Coaches – Coaches are those responsible for teaching/coaching the curriculum in an assigned program.

Level Up

Level Up is a powerful annual event series that brings together participants and leaders from all I AM programs for a transformative experience. It consists of two distinct events:

1. Level Up Conference – A dynamic gathering focused on leadership and purpose, where young leaders engage in inspiring keynote sessions, interactive workshops, and mentorship opportunities designed to equip them with the skills, confidence, and vision to create meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.

2. Level Up Concert – A high-energy celebration of unity and peace, bringing together diverse voices through music, spoken word, and artistic performances. This electrifying concert fosters connection, harmony, and a shared vision of hope, inspiring young people to come together as a force for positive change.

Our Programs

I AM Transformation Program

I AM Transformation is a specialized program designed to empower and transform troubled teens by addressing behavioral challenges and unlocking their full potential. Using the I Am A Leader and Unlock Your Greatness curricula, this program provides a structured, supportive environment where teenagers can develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and personal responsibility. Through mentorship, guided reflection, and practical life lessons, participants will learn how to overcome obstacles, build resilience, and make positive choices that lead to lasting change. More than just a behavior-focused program, I AM Transformation equips teens with the mindset, skills, and confidence to step into a future of leadership, purpose, and success.

I AM School Program

This dynamic school program is designed to cultivate leadership, self-discovery, and personal development in students. Using the I Am A Leader and Unlock Your Greatness curricula, this program empowers students to uncover their unique strengths, talents, and purpose. Through interactive coaching, mentorship, and skill-building activities, participants will develop the confidence, discipline, and mindset needed to become effective leaders in their schools, communities, and future careers. More than just a leadership program, this experience serves as a transformative journey that equips students with the tools to navigate life with clarity, resilience, and a strong sense of identity.

I AM Peace Program

The I AM Peace Program is a transformative initiative dedicated to empowering gang members and at-risk youth involved in crime and violence by helping them discover their gifts, leadership potential, and purpose. Using the I Am A Leader and Unlock Your Greatness curricula, this program provides mentorship, personal development, and life skills training to guide participants toward positive change. Delivered in partnership with the Ministry of State in the Governor General’s Office in Barbados, the program creates a pathway to hope, growth, and reintegration, equipping young people with the tools they need to break negative cycles, build a brighter future, and become leaders in their communities.

I AM One Family Program

The I AM One Family Program is a holistic developmental initiative designed to empower and uplift entire family units, helping them grow into the best versions of themselves. Focused on 1,000 families from lower socio-economic backgrounds, this program provides guidance, mentorship, and practical tools to navigate challenges, strengthen relationships, and build a foundation for long-term success. Using the I Am A Leader and Unlock Your Greatness curricula, families gain valuable life skills, leadership principles, and personal development strategies to overcome obstacles and create a thriving home environment.

Executed in partnership with the Ministry of People Empowerment, which oversees One Family and Community Development, this program serves as a catalyst for transformation, fostering resilience, unity, and empowerment within communities.

I AM Community Program

The I AM Community Program is a transformative initiative designed to empower and inspire youth aged 11-18 in local communities. Rooted in the I Am A Leader and Unlock Your Greatness curricula, this program helps young people discover their unique identity, leadership potential, and natural gifts. Through mentorship, interactive activities, and skill-building workshops, participants develop confidence, purpose, and the mindset needed to create a positive impact in their lives and communities. Hosted at community centers across the island, this program provides a safe, supportive, and empowering environment where young people can grow, connect, and step into their full potential as future leaders.

I AM Breakfast Program

This Breakfast Program is a compassionate initiative dedicated to supporting underprivileged children in the communities we serve. Through nutritious meals, meaningful connections, and mentorship, we provide more than just breakfast—we create a safe and nurturing environment where children feel valued and cared for. By fostering positive relationships and instilling life-enhancing values, this program empowers young minds, ensuring they start the day with nourishment, encouragement, and hope for a brighter future.

I AM App

The I AM App is a premium digital companion to the I AM curriculum, designed to enhance and modernize the learning experience for program participants. Available as a paid add-on, this interactive, user-friendly platform makes the curriculum more accessible, engaging, and dynamic, allowing users to explore lessons, track their progress, and interact with content in a way that fits their lifestyle. By integrating technology with personal development, the I AM App transforms learning into a simpler, more immersive, and enjoyable journey—empowering participants to grow, connect, and unlock their full potential anytime, anywhere.

Youth Excel Program

The Youth Excel Program is a comprehensive, five-year developmental journey designed to equip and empower young people through a structured blend of the Unlock Your Greatness curriculum and Wisdom for Youth teachings. Utilizing a local youth congregational model, participants—ages 11 to 18—attend weekly services where they receive mentorship, spiritual guidance, and practical biblical wisdom to navigate everyday challenges. Through this phased approach, Youth Excel provides a nurturing, faith-centered environment where young people can strengthen their values, overcome obstacles, unlock their potential, and prepare to lead with wisdom and integrity in every area of their lives.

Girls to Women Program

This nine-month Rites of Passage program is designed for girls aged 13 to 19, using the Distinguished Women Curriculum to guide them through a transformative journey of self-discovery, growth, and empowerment. The program provides deep insights into the fundamental differences between boys and girls, as well as men and women—exploring their unique biological, emotional, and psychological makeup. Through engaging discussions, mentorship, and hands-on activities, participants will gain a clear understanding of their distinct roles, responsibilities, and functions in relationships, family, and society. This program equips young women with the wisdom, confidence, and essential life skills needed to navigate their personal and professional lives successfully, preparing them to step into adulthood with purpose, strength, and grace.

Boys to Men Program

The Boys to Men program is a transformative nine-month Rites of Passage journey designed for young men aged 13 to 19, using the Uncommon Men Curriculum to cultivate character, wisdom, and responsibility. This program provides a deep understanding of the fundamental differences between boys and girls, as well as men and women—exploring their unique biological, emotional, and psychological makeup. Through mentorship, guided discussions, and hands-on experiences, participants will learn the principles of leadership, discipline, and integrity, as well as the essential roles and responsibilities of men in relationships, family, and society. This program equips young men with the confidence, resilience, and life skills necessary to transition into adulthood as strong, purpose-driven leaders, prepared to navigate life with honor, strength, and accountability.

Mining The Gold Movement

This program targets the college and university campus student demographic, utilizing the Unlock Your Greatness curriculum, customized to meet their needs, challenges and environments. This program helps students navigate life through mentorship, coaching and the provision of wisdom to conquer the many situations they will face, develop good relationships and pursue life with purpose.
